Tensile Test Unit for Static Tensile Tests

With the calibrated tensile test facility, safety-relevant products and components in the vehicle can be examined and tested. Thus, for instance, seat tests, strength tests of the fitted vehicle components and occupant & wheelchair restraint systems are carried out in the static test center.

Up to eight special-purpose cylinders build up the required tension within milli-seconds.

The tests can be carried out on all vehicle types on the market.

Test implementation can be done in line with EU regulations or the American FMVSS provisions.
